When printing sublimation inks using a screen printing process it is most important to use a printer that has a squeegee that is fixed in position for accuracy of print detail and consistant ink deposit. The printed sublimation paper then needs to dry flat in a drying rack before screening the next colour. Using a Heat Press, the design is transfered onto the polyester fabric.
